Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Operate the Spot On POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments.
• Assist with bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe drinking environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods in the nightclub setting.

Skills

• Proficiency in using SpotOn POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Knowledge of culinary practices related to food safety within the food industry.
• Ability to maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Previous experience working in a nightclub or bar setting is highly desirable.
