The Birdie Bar is a golf simulator bar — where great swings meet great drinks. We combine a high-energy social atmosphere with top-of-the-line golf simulators, craft cocktails, and a welcoming environment for all skill levels.

We’re looking for an experienced bartender who can bring personality, efficiency, and top-tier service to our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
• Engage with guests to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain full knowledge of drink menu, beer selection, and specials
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy
• Keep bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and bar supplies
• Assist with opening and closing duties (cleaning, trash, restocking, etc.)
• Support events, leagues, and busy service periods
• Work alongside team members to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience required (high-volume preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and basic drink recipes
• Friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and summer
