Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety and food handling practices.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to management.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, handle cash handling responsibly, and promote sales through friendly interactions.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience in catering or food industry environments adds value but is not mandatory.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and drink measurements accurately.
