Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
