Il Mulino Cocktail Bar is looking for a passionate, reliable bartender to join our team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
• Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Accurately handle payments and operate the POS system
• Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory when needed
• Work collaboratively with the bar and service team during busy shifts
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred (craft cocktail experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine preferred
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be at least 21 years old

Position Details

• Expected hours: 25–35 per week
• Evening shifts
• Wednesday–Saturday availability required
• Weekend availability required - Occasional Sundays
• Shifts typically between 4:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Competitive hourly pay + tips

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week

Work Location: In person
