Bartender manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role in the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage trends is advantageous.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
