The Bartender crafts innovative, world-class cocktails and delivers an elevated bar experience consistent with Michelin-driven standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create cocktails featuring seasonal ingredients and thoughtful technique
• Maintain bar with impeccable organization and cleanliness
• Provide engaging but refined interaction with guests
• Curate and recommend pairings aligned with Chef Ford’s culinary direction
• Maintain product knowledge including spirits, wine, and luxury beverages
  
  

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in craft cocktail or fine-dining bar leadership
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology
• Passion for creativity, precision, and hospitality
