Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requires: Oregon OLCC servers permit

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and promptness.

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling with strong basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food handling practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
