<Duties>

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for bathroom and kitchen remodels.
• Develop detailed design concepts using software such as 20/20, to create accurate layouts and visualizations.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents and drafting plans that include cabinetry details, fixtures, and finishes.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications, codes, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits during renovation phases to oversee installation quality and resolve any design-related challenges promptly.
• Manage project budgets by estimating costs accurately and providing options that balance aesthetics with affordability.
• Present design ideas confidently through visual presentations using 20/20, to help clients visualize their future spaces.

<Skills>

• Proficiency in 20/20, excel, Word.
• must have own transportation to get to and from client's homes.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles with an emphasis on color theory, lighting design, remodeling processes, and construction practices.
• Experience in project management including measuring,scheduling, budgeting, contracts administration, and client communication.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
