Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervising and ensuring the safety of campers - Leading fun activities such as games, crafts, and sports - Providing support and encouragement to campers - Following safety rules and administering minor first aid when needed The Ideal Candidate for this Job: - Experience working with kids (e.g., babysitting, coaching, tutoring, etc.) - Strong communication and leadership skills - Positive, energetic attitude, and a team player - Responsible and able to handle challenges with patience - Required to swim every day
