Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and client acquisition
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Track sales activities and report progress against targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales
  • Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience in IT services, software, or digital solutions is a plus
