About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others. The ideal candidate is skilled in proposal writing, client acquisition, and has a solid technical understanding of web and mobile development. You’ll play a key role in growing our client base while working closely with our technical team to deliver tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for new business opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing/job portals.
• Write customized, persuasive proposals to win projects in web and mobile development.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to align deliverables with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project timelines for profitable deals.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Stay updated on frameworks and technologies (React, Angular, Laravel, Node.js, etc.) to pitch relevant solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills (English – verbal & written).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Understanding of frontend/backend frameworks (React, Laravel, etc.).
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced IT/software environment.

Preferred

• 1–2 years’ experience in a software house or tech agency.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, ads, etc.).
