Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy, with at least 3 years of proven experience in driving growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify market trends, generate leads, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and potential leads.
• Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a BD Team to achieve collective targets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales or client management (IT industry experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a BD team.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
