Business Development Manager (BDM)

As We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across MEP, Facilities Management, and Fit-Out services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in MEP, FM, and fit-out sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, property managers, and facility owners
• Lead the tendering process: proposal development, pricing strategy, and technical submissions
• Collaborate with operations and estimation teams to ensure accurate and timely bids
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within MEP, FM, or fit-out services
• Strong network in UAE construction, real estate, and facilities sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in securing high-value contracts
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
