About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in selling Digital Marketing (DM) services. The ideal candidate will be based in Pune, have prior sales experience, a strong local business network, and excellent communication skills to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, social media, PPC, branding, etc.) to businesses in Pune.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Leverage existing contacts and expand client base across multiple industries.
• Develop and present proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Digital Marketing sales preferred).
• Must be Pune-based with a strong business contact base in the local market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong client relationship-building and networking ability.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
