Business Development Executive – Executive Search
Location: Delhi (hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will proactively support our leadership team in expanding
client relationships and building a strong pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify potential clients across BFSI and other sectors
● Write impactful cold emails and
● Proactively Cold Call to engage with decision-makers
● Create proposals, pitch decks,
● Ensure strong client follow-ups
● Maintain structured lead and outreach trackers/CRM
● Gather market intelligence on hiring trends and competitor activity
Skills & Competencies
● Self starter & result oriented mindset
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
● Confidence in cold outreach and relationship building
● Process orientation with attention to detail
● Research-driven with ability to map accounts and stakeholders
● Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Suite/ Presentation

Qualifications
● Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside
sales.
