BDE (Business Development Executive)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong passion for sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Pitch products/services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support and address client needs.
  • Reporting & CRM:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.
  • Generate and submit reports on sales performance.
