To expand our client base, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can pitch our services, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities for the agency.
• Pitch and present our Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, Web Development, etc.) to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Research market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not mandatory for freshers).
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Prior exposure to digital marketing, advertising, or IT sales will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts will be a plus (training will be provided).
