Job Title: BDE – Social Platforms

Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM OR 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to generate leads and acquire clients through social platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Twitter (X), and Bark.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with international clients, and the ability to build connections through online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients on Discord, Twitch, Twitter (X), and Bark
• Initiate conversations and build professional relationships
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Sales / business development mindset
• Familiarity with Discord, Twitch, Twitter (X), and Bark
• Confidence in handling international clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality

Compensation:

• Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives
