Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – UAE Market

Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 12,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Oil & Gas sector and a proven track record in generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas industry
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development (Oil & Gas industry preferred)
• Strong network within the UAE Oil & Gas sector is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and business practices
