Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets and customer segments, and nurturing client relationships. You’ll be expected to develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales, conduct market research, and collaborate across departments to meet business objectives. The role also involves preparing sales reports, attending industry events, and leading negotiations to close deals.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive or FMCG sector
  • Proven expertise in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong market research and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to craft and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

Compensation
