BDM Utilities & Mining

Bring your energy to Aggreko as BDM Utilities & Mining based in Riyadh.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy for these sectors across Saudi Arabia.

You will cultivate existing relationships to grow our account spends while identifying new business opportunities and relationships to expand Aggreko's presence within these sectors.

What You'll Do As BDM Utilities & Mining
  • Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective leadership and management of field sales teams
  • Build deep relationships with C-level executives in target accounts
  • Become trusted advisor understanding client business challenges
  • Identify multiple opportunities within strategic accounts
  • Grow share of business within existing key accounts
  • Navigate complex stakeholder organizations
  • Work in collaboration with Global Sector Specialists, Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and implement territory/sector specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
  • Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow
  • Foster effective collaboration across marketing, operations, and technical specialists to maximize solution delivery
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in the territory/sector
You Are
  • Experience building relationships with senior executives and C-level stakeholders
  • Success growing business and share of wallet within existing strategic accounts
  • Background in account management, consulting, or client focused solution development
  • History of navigating complex stakeholder organizations
  • Previous experience working in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder management
  • Strong CRM management skills and data driven decision making capabilities
  • Experience working effectively with marketing teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generation
