Role

We are looking for an Organic Social Outreach Specialist to build genuine relationships and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage target prospects across social platforms
  • Build relationships through meaningful interactions and conversations
  • Nurture leads naturally without hard selling or spam tactics
  • Manage outreach for multiple client accounts
  • Maintain platform safety and avoid account restrictions
  • Track conversations, leads, and outreach activity
  • Provide weekly performance reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in organic social outreach, community management, or social selling
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and relationships online
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience working from client social profiles
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • B2B outreach experience
  • Knowledge of Australian business culture
  • Agency or digital marketing experience

What Success Looks Like

  • Active conversations with qualified prospects
  • Consistent generation of warm leads
  • Zero platform restrictions or account flags
  • Accurate reporting and pipeline management

Location: Gulberg II, Lahore (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM PKT
