Position: Business Development Manager – Electrical Solutions
Location: Lucknow (with extensive travel across regions as required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand company presence in targeted markets.
  • Apply electrical engineering knowledge to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct client visits, site inspections, and project discussions across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and other regions as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government/industrial bodies.
  • Lead contract negotiations, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and ensure timely order closures.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and support project execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in sales/business development/marketing in the electrical or engineering industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven record of driving sales and meeting business targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (U.P., Uttarakhand, and other states as needed).
  • Self-motivated with leadership qualities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
