Position: Business Development Manager – Electrical Solutions
Location: Lucknow (with extensive travel across regions as required)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand company presence in targeted markets.
- Apply electrical engineering knowledge to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct client visits, site inspections, and project discussions across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and other regions as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government/industrial bodies.
- Lead contract negotiations, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and ensure timely order closures.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and support project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in sales/business development/marketing in the electrical or engineering industry.
- Skills:
- Strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of driving sales and meeting business targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively (U.P., Uttarakhand, and other states as needed).
- Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
