Job Summary

The Beauty Products Coordinator will oversee the coordination of beauty product inventory, supplier communication, and distribution processes. The role ensures smooth product flow from suppliers to clients, supports sales and marketing efforts, and maintains high standards in product management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering, inventory management, and distribution of beauty products
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and clients regarding product availability and deliveries
• Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Assist in launching new beauty products and promotional campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and product details
• Support sales teams with product information, pricing, and availability
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beauty products according to standards
• Monitor market trends in cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products
• Assist in organizing product displays, events, or promotional activities
• Handle customer inquiries related to product specifications and usage

Requirements

• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or product coordination roles preferred
• Knowledge of beauty products (skincare, haircare, cosmetics) is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage inventory accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with salons, beauty retailers, or distributors
• Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Interest in beauty trends and product innovation
