Come serve where your enthusiasm for craft beer and exceptional customer service will shine! Our craft beers are proudly paired with fresh authentic home-style Mexican cuisine made here with love every day. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face behind the bar, expertly pouring and serving a diverse selection of beers, guiding guests to what we humbly believe is the best to-go beer selection in the neighborhood and building community in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Oakland- The Laurel. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on beer selections
• Operate POS system (Toast) to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve beverages responsibly while adhering to all food safety and alcohol serving regulations
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision during busy service hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling standards
• Support guest interactions to ensure a positive experience, resolving any issues promptly and professionally

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in beer industry
• Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• 21 + over
