Bell Attendant (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a courteous, well-presented, and service-driven Bell Attendant with experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a warm welcome, providing efficient luggage assistance, and supporting seamless guest arrivals and departures while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide clear orientation on room features, hotel facilities, and services
  • Handle guest luggage carefully, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely delivery
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, taxis, valet coordination, and directions
  • Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, luggage storage, and entrance areas
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and service requests
  • Adhere strictly to safety, security, grooming, and luxury brand service standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bell Attendant or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polished appearance with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Physically fit to handle luggage.

  • Bell Attendant at a Luxury Hospitality : 2 years (Preferred)
