We are hiring a Bench Sales Creator with 1 year of experience to source, onboard, and prepare consultants for marketing. This role focuses on building a consultant pipeline and ensuring readiness for placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, GC, US Citizens) from institutes, references, and job networks.

• Assist consultants with resume creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and skill presentation.

• Guide consultants in interview preparation and client communication.

• Maintain an updated consultant database with availability and visa status.

• Coordinate with Bench Sales Marketers to align consultant profiles with market demand.

• Ensure documentation and compliance for all consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment or consultant sourcing.

• Basic knowledge of visa categories, compliance, and staffing processes.

• Proficiency in resume building, profile formatting, and communication.

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and retain consultants.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple consultants at once.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,029.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
