Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across different levels, including mid, senior management, technical, and non-technical positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates using job portals, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Conduct preliminary candidate assessments, interviews, and negotiations on salaries when required.
• Use head-hunting techniques to attract top talent for niche and senior roles.
• Maintain candidate databases and submit daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.
• Ensure timely closures and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (experience in both IT & Non-IT hiring preferred).
• Strong sourcing, screening, and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to dedicate 8-9 hours per day to recruitment activities.
• Should have a computer, reliable internet connection, and phone to get started.
• Immediate joiners preferred (should be able to start within a week).

Compensation:

This is a freelance role with a performance-based payout model. Earnings will be based on the number of successful closures and agreed commission structures.
