Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Open for freshers)

Location: Remote

Shift Timing: Night Shift ( 6 pm to 2 am IST)

Job Description :

Maintain and update clients’ profiles, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are accurate, compelling, and tailored to target job roles.

Identify suitable job opportunities and apply on behalf of clients, customizing applications to highlight their strengths and align with job requirements.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and discuss job opportunities.

Stay informed about industry trends, job market changes, and potential job openings to provide clients with the best possible opportunities.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the job search process.

Gather feedback from clients and employers to refine and improve the recruitment process and client profiles.

Ensure all client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple client profiles and job applications simultaneously. Knowledge of the US job market and employment regulations is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
