This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

The Benefits Analyst serves as the primary subject matter expert for all leave-related policies and processes, offering crucial support to and partnership with various brand Human Resources (HR) teams. In this pivotal role, the Analyst also plays a key part in assisting the broader Benefits Team with comprehensive general benefit administration support and guidance to both BHI HR and all participating brands.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Operates as a subject matter expert on leave policies and processes:

  • Primary point of contact on leave policies and processes for BHI employees, including tracking and payroll processing for employees on leave

  • Maintenance of BHI leave policy documents (both internal HR and employee-facing)

  • Understand leave and time-off policies of all brands and flag possible changes or enhancements for Group/brand consideration

  • Liaison to leave and disability vendor(s)

  • Evaluate and propose improvements to benefits and leave programs, processes, and communication resources to optimize the experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders

  • Maintain a continuous understanding of compliance requirements for employee disclosures and reporting

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and help BHI timely execute renewals (US and global)

  • Process consolidated invoices on a monthly and quarterly basis, as applicable for shared contracts. Coordinate with vendors, FP&A, and AP teams on payment status/invoice discrepancies.

  • Support the Senior Benefits Manager with state and federal benefits reporting for Booking Holdings as a whole, and advise brands on any brand-specific reporting requirements.

  • Assist in renewal processes as well as new vendor and new benefit implementations on behalf of BHI and in support of participating brands.

  • May support miscellaneous projects within the areas of Compensation, Equity, 401(k), and general HR, as needed.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-5 years of HR and leave experience, with 1-3 years of general benefits administration leave administration experience

  • Understanding of leave policy coordination (statutory and company), experience working with and coordinating processes with third-party leave administrators

  • Ability to make case-by-case decisions and develop general policy guidelines for internal stakeholders

There are a variety of job related factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $81,000-$99,200.
