Job Title: Benefits Analyst

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll, employee benefits, and reward analytics for a workforce of approximately 1,500 employees (white- and blue-collar). This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and the ability to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all reward-related processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for ~1,500 employees in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Collate and verify payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, incentives, and final settlements via ERPNext.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to prepare SIF files for WPS processing and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as medical insurance, allowances, and leave entitlements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture and Department Heads to link 9-Box ratings and performance data to compensation outcomes.
  • Support the preparation of annual merit increase and incentive cycle reports for leadership review.
  • Maintain and update reward-related dashboards and analytics within ERPNext, covering headcount cost, benefit usage, and incentive spending.
  • Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual manpower costs to identify risks, opportunities, and savings.
  • Ensure alignment and data integrity between HR, Projects, and Finance systems.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and company governance protocols, ensuring transparency in audits and reconciliations.
  • Handle all compensation and benefits data with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for payroll analytics and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, payroll compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
  • 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HR Analytics certification (preferred).
