Beverage Manager – New Restaurant Opening, Abu Dhabi

We are launching an exciting new dining concept in Abu Dhabi — blending Mediterranean flavours with modern flair, and featuring a vibrant bar program at the heart of the guest experience. With 265 covers and a terrace overlooking Abu Dhabi’s first-ever fountains, this is set to be one of the city’s most dynamic openings.

We are seeking a Beverage Manager who can open and build a best-in-class beverage department from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in creating a program that is innovative, operationally sound, and aligned with the overall vision of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and establish the full bar program, from concept and menus to systems and SOPs.
• Build and maintain excellent supplier relationships , ensuring a high-quality and competitive beverage offering.
• Lead all pre-opening elements of the bar operation, including bar setup, equipment, procurement, and team recruitment.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure a knowledgeable, professional, and guest-focused bar team.
• Oversee stock management, supplier contracts, and beverage financial performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align the beverage strategy with the overall concept.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in opening and developing successful bar programs in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong existing network of suppliers and distributors in the region.
• Experience in building teams and establishing systems for new venues.
• Strategic, detail-oriented, and able to balance creativity with operational control.
• Passionate about beverage trends, innovation, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
