As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in transforming operational and business data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across various levels of the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards, generate data-driven reports, and develop KPIs and analytics to drive business performance and continuous improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and standardized reports tailored to the needs of stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Work closely with business leaders and department heads to identify data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Optimize existing BI infrastructure and suggest improvements for data modelling, collection, and automation of reporting processes.
- Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business analytics and operational metrics.
- Provide training and support to users for Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and support continuous improvement initiatives through deep data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or date engineering.
- Experience in BI Tools (Incorta, Power BI, or Looker).
- Solid understanding of database management, SQL queries, and data integration from multiple sources.
- Strong skills in data interpretation, number crunching, and presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent command of English for report writing, user training, and cross-department communication.
- Analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex data challenges.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to priorities workload, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivation, ownership, and accountability in delivering BI solutions.
- Flexibility with a continuous improvement mindset and openness to new technologies and methodologies.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and automation is an asset.
