BI Developer & Engineer

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data visualization and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern BI tools, data platforms, and front-end customization, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Apache Superset, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and performance.

· Translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations and KPIs, optimizing for usability, performance, and scalability.

· Drive reporting excellence by maintaining high-quality, user-focused analytics solutions across the organization.

Data Engineering & Modeling:

· Design and optimize high-performance analytics on large-scale datasets using ClickHouse, including star/snowflake schema models and ETL/ELT transformations.

· Ensure data integrity and governance across reporting layers while leveraging Microsoft Fabric components (Lakehouse, Dataflows, Warehousing) for unified analytics.

Front-End Customization:

· Enhance dashboard UI/UX using CSS and web technologies, customizing embedded analytics and ensuring responsive, user-friendly layouts.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and product teams to gather requirements, refine reporting, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

Technical Skills:

· Leverage Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and Apache Superset to build interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.

· Apply Microsoft Fabric, ClickHouse, and SQL optimization to efficiently manage and query large-scale datasets.

· Utilize CSS for UI customization, enhancing dashboard aesthetics and user experience across embedded analytics interfaces.

· Optimize query performance (especially in ClickHouse), implement ETL/ELT pipelines, and apply BI performance tuning best practices.

Soft Skills & Qualifications:

Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Knowledge of Python or scripting for data processing

Experience in real-time or near-real-time analytics systems

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
