This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Bid Manager. The Bid Manager will oversee the end-to-end bid process, manage bid submissions, and ensure compliance with client requirements and company goals. Responsibilities include preparing and writing competitive bids, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing proposal timelines, and improving bid processes to optimize efficiency and success rates. The role requires a strategic approach to create compelling and well-structured proposals in response to client opportunities.

• Proficiency in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing to create accurate, compelling, and tailored proposals.
• Strong expertise in Bid Management and Proposal Management to oversee all aspects of the bid process.
• In-depth understanding of Bid Processes, including compliance with client requirements and procurement regulations.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple complex deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities to work closely with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in the construction industry or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
