Bid Specialist

Job Title: Upwork Bidder (CMS Web Development & SEO)  

Location: On-site – Faisalabad  

Experience Required: 3+ Years  

Employment Type: Full-Time 

About the Role  

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder with strong knowledge of CMS Web Development and SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, submitting winning proposals, communicating with clients, and scheduling or conducting meetings to convert leads into long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork related to CMS development (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) and SEO services  

- Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements  

- Communicate with potential clients via Upwork messages and calls  

- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand project scope  

- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project understanding  

- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly  

- Achieve monthly sales/bidding targets  

- Build long-term relationships with international clients 

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding or online bidding  

- Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)  

- Good knowledge of SEO services (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)  

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills  

- Experience in handling client meetings and requirement gathering  

- Ability to work independently and meet targets  

- Strong negotiation and closing skills
