Bidder (Onsite – Night Shift)

We are looking for an Onsite Bidder to join our team for the night shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn, with strong skills in proposal writing, client communication, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable projects and submit quality proposals on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
• Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements.
• Prepare well-structured and customized proposals.
• Maintain records of bids, client interactions, and project progress.
• Coordinate with the technical team to align project requirements and proposals.
• Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to close deals.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding.
• Strong understanding of freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn).
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and software development processes.
• Must be available for the onsite night shift (10 PM – 7 AM).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
