• Collect and deliver parcels/documents as per assigned routes and timelines.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, with proper customer signatures or OTP verification.
• Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain regular communication with the operations team regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Follow company SOPs for cash handling (if Cash on Delivery is involved).
• Pickup form customers
