IEG Disposal is a locally owned roll-off dumpster rental company based in Canton, Georgia. We provide waste removal services for residential, commercial, and construction projects across Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented bilingual Bookkeeper (English / Spanish) to support our daily office and financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Records
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Record daily transactions, deposits, and expenses
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Maintain organized financial documentation

Accounts Receivable
• Generate and send customer invoices
• Track outstanding balances
• Follow up on unpaid invoices when necessary

Accounts Payable
• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Maintain vendor records
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions

Administrative Support
• Assist with insurance documents and vendor communications
• Organize landfill tickets and operational paperwork
• Support payroll preparation and reporting
• Assist management with financial reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
• Experience with QuickBooks Online required
• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience in construction, trucking, or service industries is a plus

Compensation

• $22.50 – $26 per hour (depending on experience)
• Monday – Friday schedule
