- Provide daily HR administrative support, including maintaining personnel files and processing documentation
- Assist with recruiting tasks: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks
- Support new-hire onboarding and orientation
- Prepare HR reports and assist with benefits and payroll-related paperwork
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for employees
- Help keep HR operations organized and running smoothly
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and HR systems (or willingness to learn)
- Spanish proficiency is a plus, not a requirement
