BILINGUAL Law Firm Receptionist (Miami)

Reputable, boutique Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Bilingual (Spanish) Law Firm Receptionist with experience in either a law firm or other professional office environment to join its DOWNTOWN MIAMI office located near Brickell. (This is a 100% "IN OFFICE" position - if you're looking for remote, please do not apply).

MUST BE 100% FLUENT IN SPANISH (reading, writing, and speaking)!

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 4+ years as a law firm receptionist or working as a receptionist for other professional offices, such as medical or real estate offices.

We will also consider LEGAL ASSISTANTS if you're OK with the job title (and job duties) of a receptionist, as well as you're OK the stated salary range below. You will have few tasks that are normally assigned to "legal assistants" because this is primarily a receptionist role.

SALARY: $65,000 to $80,000 (DOE)

DUTIES: You will be seated at the front desk of our lobby so you are the "face of the firm" when new clients or opposing counsel enter the office. Must present yourself with the utmost professionalism to others. You should have exceptional communication skills and be able to speak articulately to others without ever showing anger or frustration with anyone in the office. You'll answer phones, take messages, translate English/Spanish, transfer calls, scan records, mail duties, file organization and other clerical duties as needed. You will be working for a TOP MIAMI Plaintiff's firm so you'll be part of an excellent organization and will be valued.

Hours are "generally" 9-5:30 but we have some flexibility on this.

We provide lunches for staff a couple times per week!
