Your Role Will Include

Immigration Law Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with scheduling, trial preparation, and case management
• Answer client phone calls and provide case updates
• Prepare filings for Immigration Court and USCIS
• Collect, organize, scan, and manage evidence and documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized files and databases
• Manage attorney calendars and deadlines

Family Law Responsibilities

• Draft family law pleadings for attorney review
• Assist with scheduling hearings and court appearances
• File pleadings with family court (electronic and in-person as required)
• Organize and maintain family law case files
• Coordinate with court staff, clients, and attorneys regarding hearings and filings

Applications You Will Handle Include

• Asylum Applications
• 42A/B Cancellation of Removal
• Motions to Reopen
• Motions to Administratively Close/Terminate
• SIJ Family Court Pleadings
• I-130 / I-485 Applications
• I-765 Work Permits
• I-601A Waivers
• N-400 Citizenship Applications
• I-751 Removal of Conditions
• Other essential Immigration Court, USCIS, and Family Court filings
