About Us

Justice Bridge Capital is a litigation funding firm located in Boca Raton, FL. We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant. This exciting opportunity is for candidates who have completed a degree in Criminal Justice or a related field and possess experience in the legal industry. This is a full-time, on-site position (with optional remote work on Fridays). Schedule Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Position Summary

As a Bilingual Legal Assistant, you will play a critical role in our firm by ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process for new clients. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our legal team. The right candidate will have:

Responsibilities

• Proficient in reviewing legal documents and sending them for signatures.
• Field incoming calls from potential clients to gather information on potential cases.
• Schedule appointments for both potential and existing clients.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for new clients throughout the intake process.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills to optimize client onboarding efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with our attorneys to guarantee a seamless intake process.
• Perform clerical tasks, including translation, primary research, intake follow-up for outstanding items, and drafting emails to the appropriate team.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research.
• Proficient in project management and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
• Experience in a legal or administrative setting is required.

Benefits and Compensation

Justice Bridge Capital offers health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. This is a full-time, on-site position in Boca Raton, FL. The hourly pay rate starts at $22 and is eligible for overtime. Schedule Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
