We are hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales & Social Media Assistant who is
Excellent with people, fast with follow-up, and has experience with social media posting and engagement.
In this role, you will respond to incoming leads, engage on social media, and help turn conversations into booked appointments and new clients. We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and mission-minded who understands the value of sales and entrepreneurship.

Sales, Social Media for Business experience is more important than a college degree.

Requirements:
*Fluent in Spanish and English
*Comfortable working fully remote while staying highly responsive
*Coachable, accountable, and open to performance feedback
*Trato profesional, amable y seguro para manejar objeciones con independencia
*Experiencia en seguimiento de ventas, conversión de leads o agendado de citas

Responsibilities:
*Support Social Media engagement that drives conversations and growth
*Help increase posting schedule, engage with comments as well as increase following and business connections
*Share content ideas and campaigns based on responses and successful results
*Mantener comunicación diaria con el equipo por chat

Salario empezando $40K anual, con oportunidad excepcional de crecimiento,
