Bilingual Social Media Brand Ambassador

Miami Hair Transplant is looking for a charismatic, confident, and fully bilingual (English & Spanish) professional to become the face of our brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

⚠ Important: This is NOT a Social Media Manager, Content Editor, or Graphic Designer position.

We are looking for someone who loves being in front of the camera, has a strong on-screen presence, and can authentically connect with audiences while showcasing our patients' transformation journeys and representing our clinic with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the on-camera face of Miami Hair Transplant across all social media platforms.
• Film engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts, educational videos, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Interview patients and highlight their hair restoration journeys in an authentic and compelling way.
• Explain procedures, answer common questions, and present information in a friendly, confident, and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
• Stay current with social media trends and help create content that increases engagement, brand awareness, and patient trust.
• Represent the Miami Hair Transplant brand at promotional events when needed.

Requirements

• Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Comfortable speaking on camera and being the public face of a brand.
• Charismatic, outgoing, confident, and energetic personality.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Available to work on-site in Miami.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an influencer, content creator, brand ambassador, TV host, presenter, model, or spokesperson.
• Experience in the medical, aesthetics, beauty, cosmetic surgery, or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
