Job Summary

Kalam Sea Shell Mart is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Biller to manage billing operations, handle customer transactions, and ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate accurate bills and invoices for customers

Handle cash, card, and digital payments

Maintain daily sales records and billing reports

Ensure proper entry of products in billing software

Assist customers with billing-related queries

Coordinate with store staff for pricing and stock updates

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter

Report any discrepancies in cash or billing to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Commerce preferred)

Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel

Good numerical and calculation skills

Honest, trustworthy, and responsible

Good communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹54,243.92 per month
