Billing Administrative Specialist

Billing Administrative

· Collects, disseminates, reconciles, organizes and appropriately processes labor, equipment, materials, etc.

· Enters information from the field and keys that information into the correct format for billing clients for work accomplished.

· Accurate and complete collection of job costing and time and materials data, packages data in strict accordance with each specific client or client group.

· Participates in self-initiated, internal and external audits, project planning and development meetings, along with software support activities.

· Accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data capture and processing is at all times.

· Participate in general office work, such as answering phones, taking and relaying messages, greeting visitors, responding to general public.

· Maintaining office supplies, collecting and disseminating mail, working with vendors, and coordinating other related office activities.

Experience:

  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
