Job Description


The Billing Analyst plays a critical role in delivering accurate and timely billing that supports the organization's customer experience. This role is responsible for managing daily billing operations, validating invoices, processing RMAs, and ensuring all activities meet internal SLAs and audit standards. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and drive continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to revenue accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily billing queues in Salesforce, Credit/debit adjustments, ensure all cases are completed within SLA timelines.
  • Perform end-to-end processing of RMAs, including verification, approvals follow‑up, and system entry.
  • Track RMA status, resolve pending approvals, and escalate ageing cases proactively, Identify discrepancies and ensure resolution before billing release.
  • Maintain dashboards/trackers for: Productivity, RMA status updates, Billing accuracy and QC results.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance requirements, audit expectations, and internal SLAs.
