Job Summary:
Carecode Billings LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and supporting the company’s financial operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify billing data, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and customer accounts
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments
• Assist in generating financial reports related to billing activities
• Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and company standards
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of billing procedures and financial principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare or medical billing (advantageous)
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Working Conditions:
